Our Cancellation and Return Policy:
Return Process:
- Log in to your customer dashboard.
- Go to “My Account” and select the order you wish to return.
- Specify the reason and upload pictures if the product is defective.
- Submit your return request. Once the product is returned and assessed, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy Customers have the right to request a cancellation or return of their purchased products. Cancellation requests can be made directly by sending an email to contact@oliere-paris.eu or by filling out the cancellation form available on our website. All cancellations must be requested before the order has been dispatched.
